New Year's Eve at The Django

We are so excited to announce our New Years Eve jazz lineups at The Django! Rising star vocalist Lucy Yeghiazaryan will be joined by Jazz legend Houston Person for our opening show, 7PM-9:45PM. Houston was the long-time saxophonist for Etta Jones. This special pairing with Lucy is sure to be an unforgettable experience!

Following at 10PM and going well past the ball drop, vocalist Richard Cortez and his band take the stage. Experience this charmingly genuine and often shockingly relatable interpretation of The Great American Songbook, peppered with comedic storytelling and comprised of some of NYC’s most celebrated jazz musicians. Inspired by Dinah Washington’s iconic album Dinah Jams, this horn driven, high-octane septet will surprise and thrill you.

Join us as we say farewell to 2021 and hello to 2022 and another year of incredible music at the Django!
