Vocalist Sarah King is a self taught singer, with strong roots in theater and dance. She started off as a street and subway performer in NYC, and later made a name for herself singing jazz in upscale lounges and cocktail bars. She was cast as The Jazz Singer in the immersive Off-Broadway show, "Sleep No More" with music director Scott Bradlee, and she was recently cast as a featured vocalist in the upcoming season of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, alongside famed pianist Billy Stritch. King released her first album "Tulip or Turnip" with her quartet in 2021. She recorded with the renowned gypsy jazz guitarist Stephane Wrembel in June 2022, with an album set to be released in early 2023.
