At the young age of 25, jazz vocalist and composer April Varner just won the Ella Fitzgerald International Jazz Vocal Competition and has already worked with a multitude of renowned artists like Kurt Elling, Michael Feinstein, and Benny Benack III. She can regularly be found captivating audiences at many of the city’s top jazz spots, and just released her debut EP “Hummingbird," available on all streaming services.
