The sultry vocal stylings of Vivian Sessoms will kick off Saturday, February 14th with doors opening at 6:30PM.  Vivian will take the stage from 7:30PM – 9PM. With a career spanning decades, Vivian Sessoms’ music style is a soulful, genre-fluid blend rooted in jazz but fearlessly expansive, weaving together elements of R&B, funk, blues, gospel, and global rhythms. Her voice moves effortlessly between intimate, velvet-soft phrasing and powerful, expressive improvisation, drawing on the tradition of classic jazz vocalists while embracing a modern, adventurous sensibility. Known for her deep emotional range and rhythmic sophistication, Sessoms brings a storyteller’s nuance to every performance, creating music that feels both timeless and daringly contemporary.

Eric Alexander- Musician

For our second set, doors open at 10PM with Eric Alexander and his talented quartet taking the stage from 10:30PM – Midnite. Jazz saxophonist Eric Alexander is often cited for his muscular, hard-bop style. But on his recent “Gentle Ballads” series, Alexander delights on albums dedicated to the softer side of jazz. They highlight his rich saxophone tone on timeless jazz standards and original compositions. This Valentine’s Day, don’t miss a modern saxophone master exploring his lyrical and tender side!
