Now residing in New York, young guitarist Robert Papacica has appeared as a sideman and bandleader in jazz clubs from Miami to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Vancouver, Seattle, and New York. The unique style of Robert's music is the result of his deep respect and study of the jazz tradition combined with his Romanian cultural and musical roots. Robert is alumnus of the University of Miami Frost School of music and the Steinhardt School at NYU where he was mentored by Peter Bernstein, John Hart, Brian Lynch, and Alan Ferber. He performs regularly in New York and beyond with his own groups and as a sideman.
